Criminal investigators determined that an illegal marijuana plantation was being operated in Lubin County. – The site was quickly located and the drugs seized – reports aspirant Krzysztof Pawlik, deputy press officer of the Lubin District Police Headquarters.
And he adds:
Nearly 8 kilograms of dried marijuana plant material were secured at the site, and 35 plants measuring from 150 to 240 centimetres in height were confiscated. These could have yielded a further 7 kilograms of narcotic drugs.
It was estimated that this quantity of cannabis could have been used to prepare nearly 15,000 doses of the drug. The street value of the seized marijuana is PLN 500,000–600,000.
Spokesperson: – Actions aimed at detaining those responsible for the illegal operation are ongoing.
