The inventory will be conducted until December 10, 2021. by Market Research World, based in Gliwice.

Surveyors who, from October 15, 2021, will visit Bolesławiec residents will be equipped with special identification badges and written authorization to perform work as part of the project.

Data concerning multi-family buildings will be provided through property managers and will concern each building separately. Surveyors may also contact residents by telephone or electronically.

The company will not collect personal data.

Each resident may complete the paper questionnaire independently and place it in specially prepared containers (display stands with ballot boxes) marked:

The containers are located at Bolesławiec City Hall at 41 Rynek Street, at 1 Piłsudskiego Square (the office building by the main entrance), and at the Paid Parking Zone office at 1 Asnyka Street (City Center Gallery, first floor). Completing the questionnaire does not require specialist knowledge; it is based mainly on information provided on the boiler’s rating plate or in the boiler’s technical documentation. If a household has more than one heating source, information concerning each of them should be provided.

Participation in the inventory does not release property owners or building managers from the obligation to submit a declaration to the Central Register of Building Emissions.

The task entitled “Inventory of individual heat sources in the city of Bolesławiec” is being carried out using the own funds of the Bolesławiec Municipal Commune, in connection with the implementation of a remedial measure imposed by the Lower Silesian Regional Assembly in Resolution No. XXI/505/20 of July 16, 2020, concerning the adoption of an air protection program for zones in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship where permissible and target levels of substances in the air were exceeded in 2018, together with a short-term action plan.
