The incident took place on the night of October 16–17 outside a club in the center of Luban. A fight broke out there. As the eluban.pl website reports:
As a result of the scuffle, a 32-year-old resident of Luban suffered serious injuries and died at a hospital during the night. The prosecutor’s office confirmed the death but, due to the ongoing investigation, is not currently providing further information.
The deceased Tomasz M. is said to have been struck twice in the head. According to unofficial information obtained by the local Luban website, M. left two children orphaned. Moreover, “one of the club’s security guards may have been involved” in the tragedy.
The prosecutor’s office and police are investigating the case.

The incident took place on October 17 of this year, at approximately 3:00 a.m., in Luban, in the vicinity of a nightclub on Spółdzielcza Street.
Police officers ask anyone who witnessed the incident or knows information relevant to the case to contact them. We also ask people who recorded the incident on mobile phones to contact the police at 47 873 42 00 (duty officer) or directly contact the Head of the Criminal Investigation Department of the County Police Headquarters in Luban, Police Inspector Jarosław Rogólski, at 789489480.
The police assure informants that they will remain anonymous and that every piece of information provided will be checked.
