A special tasting evening will take place on Thursday, September 30, from 7:00 p.m. During the hosted dinner, where you will be able to learn plenty of interesting facts about steaks, how they differ, how to prepare them and how to pair them with wine, we will try every steak—the Chef will serve them to guests at their tables. The dinner will be complemented by selected wine.

Those who love good beef and find Thursday’s tasting insufficient will have the opportunity to order a steak from the special menu throughout the weekend, from Friday to Sunday.
