I would like to raise the issue of sewer manholes on the new bypass toward Leśny Potok. There are no covers along its entire length.
And added:
Someone clearly felt a strong urge to sell them at some scrap yard.
We appeal to the administrator to respond, and remind the thieves that this crime carries a sentence of between three months and as much as five years in prison.
