Cezary Przybylski, the Bolesławiec County Head, asked the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways to place the name Bolesławiec on direction signs at the A4 motorway interchanges (the Krzywa interchange) and A18 (the Golnice interchange, exit 7, and the Luboszów interchange, exit 54), as the nearest city serving as the county seat—in accordance with the infrastructure minister’s regulation of July 2003).
If changing the existing signage is not possible, the County Office asked for the installation of arrow signs directing drivers to Bolesławiec.
Incorrect signage makes it difficult for drivers to reach our city. The County Office has received numerous complaints on this matter.
