At 9:39 a.m. on July 6, 2021, the Command Post of the County Commander in Bolesławiec received a report of a collision between a passenger car and a truck on county road 2272D. The first emergency-service units to arrive found the truck in a ditch and the passenger car in the middle of the road. The firefighters secured the scene and immediately began providing assistance to the injured person in the passenger car. Unfortunately, they had to stop first aid because they found the victim had suffered extremely extensive injuries and had no vital signs. The 24-year-old woman died at the scene.
