As stated in the government regulation of May 6, until June 5, there is an obligation to cover the mouth and nose with a mask:
- on public collective transport;
- in publicly accessible places, including:
- on roads and squares, in cemeteries, promenades, boulevards, vehicle parking areas and forest parking lots,
- on shared properties [...] and on properties held under other forms of ownership,
- at workplaces, if more than one person is present in the room, unless the employer decides otherwise,
- in public-use buildings intended for the needs of public administration, the administration of justice, culture, religious worship, education, higher education, science, upbringing, health care, social or welfare care, banking services, trade, catering, services, including postal or telecommunications services, tourism, sports, and passenger services in rail, road, air, maritime or inland waterway transport; an office or social building is also considered a public-use building,
- in commercial or service facilities, commercial or service outlets and at marketplaces (stalls);
- during religious worship, including religious activities or ceremonies, in a public-use building intended for religious worship and in a cemetery.
Importantly, from May 15 to June 5, this obligation will not apply to open-air locations. The polsatnews.pl:
There is only one condition. We must maintain a distance of 1.5 meters from another person.
