District officers from the Kruszyn Police Station detained a man who was just returning from the place where he had committed a theft. The 29-year-old, despite a court-imposed driving ban, got behind the wheel, drove to the premises of a former plant and stole scrap metal.
He was detained by police officers on his way back. The suspect was once again caught by officers disregarding a court ruling concerning the ban.
The resident of Bolesławiec County faces up to five years in prison.
