Bolesławiec criminal investigators, together with officers from the Customs and Tax Control Department in Zgorzelec, carried out inspections at various locations. KPP:
Based on the information collected, the officers identified premises where gambling games might be taking place. After entering one of the buildings in Bolesławiec, the officers seized 6 machines worth more than PLN 70,000, as well as PLN 12,000 in cash.
The machines were handed over to tax control officers, who are conducting further proceedings in the case.

The seized machines had games of chance installed on them, operated for commercial purposes. Organizing such games requires a concession necessary for running a casino.
