Bolesławiec criminal investigators, as a result of operational activities, detained a man suspected of drug-related offences and seized nearly 36,000 retail doses of narcotic substances.
KPP:
Bolesławiec police officers, conducting operations aimed at combating drug-related crime, determined that large quantities of prohibited substances might be stored near one of the garages located in the city.
The information was confirmed. A 34-year-old resident of Bolesławiec was caught by the officers—and red-handed at that. He was detained when he arrived at his “warehouse”.
Officers: “The suspect stored narcotic substances in a utility room located behind the garage. To reach the ‘hideout’, the detainee had to walk across the garage roof.”
The police seized nearly 35,000 doses of methamphetamine and more than 800 ecstasy tablets. The man will face charges of possessing significant quantities of drugs. He faces one to ten years in prison. At the prosecutor’s request, the court remanded the Bolesławiec resident in custody for three months.
