Criminal investigators established that the wanted man, who is due to serve a five-month prison sentence for an offense against property, was staying at his home.

When the officers informed the resident of Osiecznica municipality of the reason for their actions, the 29-year-old became aggressive, shouted profanities at the officers and insulted them. He also threatened to beat the police officers and take their lives if they did not stop their actions.
The man was detained and charged with insulting and making threats against officers. He was then taken to a correctional facility, where he will spend the next five months.
The aggressor could now face an additional sentence of up to three years in prison.
