We remind you to log in to the “Home Quarantine” app, which can be downloaded to phones from Google Play and the App Store. More information about the “Home Quarantine” app is available on the Ministry of Digital Affairs website.
The “Home Quarantine” app provides quick access to essential information helpful during quarantine. You can also use a dedicated helpline. Among other things, the app allows users to contact local social assistance centres, which may deliver groceries in justified circumstances. The app also enables users to quickly contact a social worker. This simple tool makes it considerably easier to verify compliance with the obligation to remain in quarantine.
Every day, people who have installed and activated the app receive a message asking them to send a photo of themselves. Geolocation and facial comparison software are used to verify the place of stay and the identity of the person who should remain in home isolation.
