The office will operate in internal mode, except for:

  1. the Civil Registry Office, where only the following matters will be handled in person:
    • registration of a death,
    • registration of a birth;
  2. the Civil Affairs Department, where only the following matter will be handled in person:
    • collection of an identity card.

These matters can be handled in the office building at 1 Piłsudskiego Square, ground floor, at the Customer Service Office window.

The remaining services will be provided by the City Hall exclusively:

  • by telephone,
  • by email,
  • by traditional mail,
  • through the ePUAP electronic inbox,
  • through the obywatel.gov.pl website.

When handling matters by traditional mail, the application together with the complete set of documents and, if applicable, proof of payment should be sent to the City Hall address: Urząd Miasta Bolesławiec, ul. Rynek 41 – ratusz, 59-700 Bolesławiec. Please also provide the address to which correspondence will be sent back to you.

Before any possible visit to the office, please contact us by telephone first. By calling the telephone numbers provided, you will obtain information about the applicable procedures, required documents and applicable fees. It is also possible to contact the office by email. All measures taken are intended to reduce the risk of illness for both you and employees of Bolesławiec City Hall.
