The incident occurred on Sunday, February 21, on Zgorzelecka Street in Bolesławiec. Before 3 p.m., the driver of a Ford, a 32-year-old resident of the City of Ceramics, failed to give way to a 45-year-old Bolesławiec resident who was correctly riding his bicycle.
Fortunately, the cyclist did not suffer any more serious injuries. The 32-year-old was fined PLN 500.
