At 11:16 a.m., we were dispatched to an incident on the 69th kilometre of the A4 motorway...
Three vehicles were involved in the accident: two trucks and a van. The collision occurred when one of the trucks was changing lanes. One person died at the scene: a 25-year-old passenger in the van. The van’s driver was injured and taken to hospital.

As Sgt. Maj. Dominika Kwakszys, press officer of the County Police Headquarters in Złotoryja, told us, by 1:00 p.m. the emergency corridor had been formed correctly.
The road is blocked. The police and prosecutor’s office are investigating the causes of the tragedy.
