Officers from the Bolesławiec County Police Headquarters detained a 55-year-old man suspected of abusing his mother during a domestic intervention. The perpetrator started arguments at home, during which he used physical and psychological violence against the 76-year-old woman. The suspect threatened to take the woman’s life and took her money.
At the request of the District Prosecutor’s Office in Bolesławiec, the court placed the aggressor in pretrial detention for two months. Police: “Abuse is punishable by up to five years in prison.”
