Criminal investigators from Jelenia Góra identified and then arrested a 30-year-old resident of Jelenia Góra suspected of burglary. “He has committed property-related crimes in Jelenia Góra, which took place in December last year. The 30-year-old broke into and robbed three cars parked in shopping-centre car parks,” reports Sub-Inspector Edyta Bagrowska, press officer of the Municipal Police Headquarters in Jelenia Góra. “He stole consumer electronics, tools, an installer’s bag, a microphone and other items. The victims’ total losses amount to nearly PLN 20,000.”
The police officers, who recovered some of the stolen property, are currently clarifying all the circumstances of the case in detail, including determining what happened to the remaining stolen items.
The 30-year-old now faces between one and ten years in prison.
