Municipal Office in Osiecznica:
As of today, Osiecznica municipality is not planning to increase the fees. In 2020, in accordance with an amendment to the Act on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities, the method of calculating and the amount of fees for municipal waste management were changed. Currently, the fee is PLN 20.00 per person residing on the property. The owner of a single-family property may receive a PLN 2.00-per-resident discount for managing waste in a household composter.
And adds:
In accordance with the currently applicable legislation and the recommendations of the Regional Chamber of Audit, the municipal waste management system should balance its revenues and expenses. Therefore, the Municipal Mayor will monitor both income and expenditure.
