Officers from the Police Station in Nowogrodziec detained a man suspected of threatening his neighbor. Bolesławiec District Police Headquarters:
At the suspect’s apartment, officers secured, among other things, a plastic pellet gun used during the crime.
The suspect has already been charged with criminal threats. Police emphasize:
The secured items will be examined by an expert, so the liability of the 56-year-old resident of Nowogrodziec municipality may change.
But that is not all. The prosecutor placed the suspect under police supervision. The detainee has also been banned from approaching his neighbor.
The 56-year-old from Nowogrodziec municipality may now face up to two years in prison.
