– Lubin police investigators established that a person in possession of drugs was staying in one of the apartments in Lubin. On this basis, they entered the apartment with a warrant obtained earlier,” reports aspirant Krzysztof Pawlik, deputy press officer of the District Police Headquarters in Lubin. “Inside, they arrested a 30-year-old resident of Lubin, who had psychotropic substances in the form of more than 37 grams of methamphetamine hidden in furniture, as well as narcotic substances in the form of marijuana.
In total, at least 392 doses of drugs were seized. Their black-market value was estimated at approximately PLN 5,500.
Spokesperson:
The man was taken into custody and charged. The prosecutor supervising the proceedings applied a preventive measure against the detainee in the form of bail amounting to PLN 10,000.
The 30-year-old could now face a prison sentence of between one and as many as ten years.
