Health Minister Adam Niedzielski at Tuesday's press conference:

The latest regulations we introduced applied until November 29, and until then there will definitely be no changes—neither tightening measures, unless we were to see a deterioration, but nothing indicates that, nor easing measures.

He added:

We are seeing stabilization in the daily number of cases, but this is not the only indicator showing us a trend that would mean the pandemic is slowing down. This can be seen in other signals, including the number of tests and orders for tests carried out, which come from the primary healthcare system. It can also be seen in our mobility, which is essentially a reflection of the restrictions we introduced.
