The theft of 16 energy-saving fluorescent light bulbs took place on Saturday, November 7, at one of the stores. The 35-year-old resident of Bolesławiec hid the loot, worth PLN 450, in the sleeves of his jacket.
That same day, the man was arrested. He was taken to police custody. He faces up to five years in prison.
