Bolesławiec Municipal Police
We remind all pet owners of the applicable regulations requiring them to clean up after their pets. This follows directly from the resolution of the Bolesławiec City Council concerning the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the city of Bolesławiec; therefore, failure to fulfill this obligation constitutes an offense for which a municipal police officer may impose a fine of up to PLN 500.
The officers add:
We would like to draw particular attention to the fact that dog feces left on our lawns and in parks pose a real threat, especially to children’s health. Furthermore, free dog-waste bags are available at our unit’s headquarters and can be collected during office hours.
