On Monday, officials from Gmina Bolesławiec received information that one of the employees had tested positive for coronavirus. Then the office received information about the positive test result of deputy mayor Roman Jaworski.
Several office employees, including the mayor himself, Andrzej Dutkowski, are currently in quarantine. The mayor and his deputy are working remotely. Both feel well.
It is not known whether there will be more infections at the office. Five people are waiting for their test results. For several days, the office has been operating in internal mode. The municipal authorities assure residents that they are doing everything possible to keep the office open and serving residents for as long as possible.
