Officers from the Police Station in Kruszyna conducted intensive activities related to a break-in at a detached house in one of the small towns in Bolesławiec commune. The thief stole household furnishings.

All the findings in the case made it possible to identify the perpetrator. The 50-year-old resident of Bolesławiec was detained, and officers secured items originating from the crimes in his apartment. The perpetrator furnished his apartment with items stolen from the detached house. Three mirrors, a massage table, a musical instrument, two coffee tables, a bedside table, a lamp, an air conditioner and a grinder were recovered.
The man was charged with two offenses: burglary and theft. When the burglar returned to his home, he decided that since he had managed to steal someone else’s property once, he would... return to the scene of the crime for other valuable items.
The detained 50-year-old now faces a sentence of up to 10 years in prison.
