Based on operational findings, Bolesławiec police identified the perpetrator of the theft of two mobile phones. KPP:
The suspect cycled to a building where accommodation can be rented, then went inside and took advantage of the moment when the receptionist left for another room. The perpetrator stole property worth more than PLN 1,000 on the last day of the holidays.
The detainee is a 36-year-old resident of Bolesławiec well known to police, with numerous thefts to his name.
Police recovered the phones, which will be returned to their owners. The 36-year-old could face up to 7.5 years in prison.
