The incident occurred during the night of October 10–11. Volunteer firefighters from Trzebień:
[...] at 12:56 a.m., our GBA 2.5/16 crew was dispatched to a boiler-room fire in a building on Ekonomiczna Street in Bolesławiec.
Fortunately, no one was hurt. In addition to the firefighters from Trzebień, firefighters from JRG Bolesławiec and OSP Warta Bolesławiecka, as well as a police patrol, took part in the operation. The police are establishing the cause of the incident.
