The incident occurred on Wednesday, October 7, during the late morning hours, at LSSE in Osła (Gromadka gmina). Volunteer firefighters from Różyniec:
Today proved to be a very busy day for our unit. At 8:50 a.m., we went to a training session at one of the companies [...] at LSSE in Osła, where we were introduced to the production process and the hazards that occur during production. […] After two hours, we moved to another company […].
The firefighters add:
As we were heading to the vehicles to leave for our units, we were dispatched to a rubbish fire in one of the hangars. When we arrived at the scene, it turned out that a passenger car was on fire.
Fortunately, no one was injured. In addition to the uniformed firefighters from Różyniec, firefighters from JRG Bolesławiec also took part in the operation.
