The incident occurred on Friday, October 2, in the village of Łaziska (Bolesławiec gmina) during the evening hours. Village residents heard shots and notified the emergency services.
Four 9-millimeter shell casings were found at the scene. As it turned out, the shots were fired during a bachelor party. Fortunately, no one was hurt.
The officers confiscated the pistol from its owner. The man will be summoned to the prosecutor’s office; he will face charges of possessing a firearm without a permit. (This offense is punishable by between 6 months and as many as 8 years in prison).
