Officers from the Police Station in Kruszyn detained a 35-year-old man suspected of damaging property on September 15 this year. As it turned out, this was not an isolated incident; the man had deliberately damaged someone else’s property before.

The detained man was presented with a total of five charges for acts committed between June 28 and September 15 this year in the Bolesławiec municipality. The suspect will answer for damaging two vehicles and the entrance door of a single-family home.
The spokesperson adds:
The man was also charged with making criminal threats and disturbing the peace of a home.
At the prosecutor’s request, the court remanded the vandal in custody for three months. The 35-year-old now faces up to 7.5 years in prison.
