The incident took place on September 16, in the afternoon, in Bonin Park in Bolesławiec (that is, a place formerly called Waryński Park—for reasons unknown). Two young men, aged 23 and 31, beat a third man.
Both aggressors are residents of Bolesławiec, and both have been arrested. They may now face a sentence of up to three years in prison. Moreover, the younger attacker will also be held responsible for making criminal threats.
