The incident occurred on Friday, September 4, in the evening, on Karola Miarki Street in Bolesławiec. An alcohol-fueled party was taking place there, during which a 40-year-old Bolesławiec resident stabbed his acquaintance in the leg. The latter was taken to hospital.
The aggressor was arrested. He was charged with stabbing someone and causing a puncture wound. He may face between three months and as many as five years behind bars.
The case is being handled by the District Prosecutor’s Office in Bolesławiec.
