The School of Masters is a child-friendly place where every day we work creatively, putting good relationships first. We have abandoned the patterns inextricably associated with the image of a school.

There are no bells here; the board and chalk are unnecessary additions, the school space fosters children’s creativity, and every day is filled with activity, exploring and discovering the world.

Our most important goal is to accompany children as they mature, motivate their natural drive and strengths, and build in children a belief in the power of their own imagination.

All our activities focus on preparing children as well as possible for functioning in adult life, both intellectually and emotionally. The School of Masters is a creativity workshop and a place that offers new opportunities and encourages children to work on themselves. In everything we do, we seek creative and exceptional solutions. We strive to ensure that in every class our students can demonstrate their own ideas and concepts for solutions.

The aim of our school is to develop every child’s potential while taking differences into account – we support all students and enable each one to find an individual development path. We support children as they learn about themselves—their strengths and weaknesses.

We give children the right to make mistakes – a mistake made by a child is a starting point for development, not criticism.

Children differ from one another in many ways. They learn in many different ways, each at their own pace and rhythm. Every student handles the material differently, and each is good at a different field. We know that children can motivate themselves to learn when they have the opportunity to pursue their own interests, work independently and make decisions.

Modern education is much more than simply conveying and reproducing answers that are already known. It allows students to formulate new questions, discover new perspectives and different aspects of the subject being studied, and offers them a chance to develop their personal potential. Combining the results of group and individual work makes it possible to use acquired information more effectively, develop and present new content, and share and jointly reflect on discoveries. In this way, we can achieve a balance between what we have available at the beginning of the educational process and independent learning.

We are a learning organisation that responds to the needs of a world changing at a rapid pace. Our vision of modern, effective education is based on four pillars:

  1. Building relationships
  2. Developing key competencies and future competencies—the four “Cs” (critical thinking, cooperation, creativity and communication)
  3. Assessment that supports student development
  4. A culture of learning from mistakes

To implement our principles, we decided to join the nationwide, unique project run by TOC dla Edukacji Polska to introduce critical thinking in schools, so that we could be among the education leaders creating a new quality and real change in Polish schools.

If your child’s individual development matters to you, and if you feel that 21st-century education—supportive of learning and based on cooperation in action, understanding and trust, good relationships and wise communication between student and teacher as well as following individual aptitudes—is right for your child, our school will be suitable for them.
