Officers from the Bolesławiec SPEED group stopped a vehicle whose driver disregarded road traffic regulations. KPP Bolesławiec:
The 34-year-old resident of Warta Bolesławiecka Municipality was driving at 126 km/h. In addition, the driver did not have his lights switched on.
The man was fined and received 10 penalty points, and his driving licence was also suspended for three months.
Officers:
We appeal to drivers to ease off the accelerator. Weather, particularly during the summer, can lull us into complacency. Speed limits must be obeyed, and speed should be adjusted to the prevailing conditions.
Driving too fast is not only a risk of losing your licence, but also a serious threat to the safety of all road users.
