The incident occurred on Tuesday, July 14, at around 5:00 p.m. in Gromadka. For unknown reasons, the 27-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County, riding a Dafier moped, collided with the rear of a BMW driven by a 65-year-old man, also from our county.
It turned out that the 27-year-old was completely drunk. He had nearly 3 per mille of alcohol in his system.
The person responsible for the collision was detained by the traffic police. The extremely irresponsible man could now face up to two years in prison.
