Officers from the District Police Headquarters in Bolesławiec and the Lower Silesian Provincial Police Headquarters in Wrocław arrested two men suspected of breaking into and stealing a vehicle worth PLN 220,000.

– The crime took place during the night of July 1–2 this year in Germany; the perpetrators were arrested several hours after the incident – reports junior inspector Wojciech Jabłoński from the press office of the Lower Silesian Provincial Police Headquarters in Wrocław. – The suspects are a 33-year-old resident of the Silesian Voivodeship and a 46-year-old resident of the Masovian Voivodeship.

The latter had previously been convicted of crimes against property.

The arrested men have been charged. They now face between one and as many as ten years in prison.
