Poland: 231 new coronavirus infections and 5 deaths

Since the beginning of the pandemic in Poland, the number of infected people has reached 35,959. 1,517 people have died.

Ministry of Health:

We have 231 new and confirmed cases of #coronavirus infection from the following voivodeships: Silesian (87), Greater Poland (35), Subcarpathian (27), Lesser Poland (17), Masovian (17), Łódź (16), Lublin (14), Opole (5), Świętokrzyskie (5), Kuyavian-Pomeranian (2), Pomeranian (2), Podlaskie (2), Warmian-Masurian (1), West Pomeranian (1).

We regret to inform you of the deaths of 5 people infected with coronavirus (age-sex, place of death): 75-M Łańcut, 78-F Gliwice, 80-M Radom, 64-M Warsaw, 73-M Zgierz. All of the people had comorbidities.

Number of people infected with coronavirus: 35,950/1,517 (all positive cases/of whom deceased).

In the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, no new infections were recorded during the past 24 hours.
