The incident occurred on Wednesday, June 24, before 2:00 p.m., on national road No. 94 in Tomaszów Bolesławiecki (Warta Bolesławiecka municipality). According to the officers’ preliminary findings, a truck driver moved into the opposite lane while attempting to overtake. At that point, a woman driving a passenger car swerved off the road to avoid a collision. The car rolled over.
The driver and passenger of the second vehicle were taken to hospital. Traffic between Tomaszów and Wilczy Las is proceeding alternately.
