Chair of the Osiecznica Municipal Council announces:
On June 30, 2020, at 1:00 p.m., a session of the Osiecznica Municipal Council will be held, at which the Report on the State of Osiecznica Municipality for 2019 will be considered.
The meeting will take place at the Social Activity Center in Ołobok. Residents of the municipality may speak in the debate on the report on the state of the municipality.
How can they do so?
Osiecznica Municipality:
A resident wishing to speak in the debate must submit a written application to the Chair of the Municipal Council, supported by the signatures of at least 20 people, using the attached template.
The application must be submitted to the Municipal Council office at the Municipal Office in Osiecznica (room 001) no later than June 29, 2020, at 3:30 p.m..
Local government officials add:
Residents will be allowed to speak at the session of the Osiecznica Municipal Council in the order in which the Chair receives their applications.
