In an email to the editorial office, the Reader wrote:
I wanted to draw the editorial office’s attention to a problem that concerns me. I live on Łukasiewicza Street. For a long time, I have observed the uncontrolled growth of a huge colony of birds that feed in the square between the playground and Bielska Street. The number of these animals and the noise they make are becoming extremely troublesome for residents of the nearby apartment blocks. I will not even mention the pollution they cause on the pavements and lawns.
He added:
Could you deal with this matter on behalf of the residents of this part of our city? I would be very grateful, as presumably would the vast majority of my neighbours.
As we have established, Bolesławiec City Hall does not intervene in the number of birds in our city.
