In an email to the editorial office, a Reader, a resident of Bolesławiec, wrote:

Several people are having problems with postal voting in Bolesławiec. I think there are a great many such people. Write about it as soon as possible, because time is running out.

Jerzy Zieliński, Secretary of the City of Bolesławiec:

An application for postal voting can be submitted in person at the office, at either of the two Customer Service Offices (we also accept applications from people acting under a power of attorney), or via e-PUAP. Information on how to submit an application, together with the application form, is available on the BIP website under the elections on the notice board icon. Application forms are available at both Customer Service Offices, along with information on how to apply and vote.

The Secretary adds:

People who are not registered as residents of Bolesławiec or have not entered the electoral register in Bolesławiec, but actually live there, must first add themselves to the register, because an electoral package can be delivered only to an address in the locality where the voter is included in the register.

And he emphasizes:

Employees have not reported any problems to me.
