Free SARS-CoV-2 RT-PCR tests are available to people who:
- are planning hospital treatment
- are planning a stay at a sanatorium or health resort
- are undergoing rehabilitation, together with a possible caregiver
- have crossed the border and are in border quarantine
- have had contact with an infected person or are being tested at the request of the sanitary inspectorate
- are taking up seasonal work – applies to foreigners
- are medical personnel
- are in other justified cases.
ZOZ adds:
To take the test, report to the Coronavirus Admissions Department or the Drive-Thru mobile collection point on the premises of Zespół Opieki Zdrowotnej w Bolesławcu, 4 Jeleniogórska Street
- Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
