On Monday, June 8, as part of activities related to a crime involving money circulation, Bolesławiec police officers searched a property in Bolesławiec gmina. The result? They found nearly 40 portions of marijuana, as well as a pistol, a revolver (9 mm caliber), and a cartridge.
Staff Sgt. Marta Kubiak from the District Police Headquarters in Bolesławiec said: “The entire haul was secured by investigators. The 29-year-old owner has already been charged with drug possession, which carries a sentence of up to three years in prison. The ‘arsenal’ has been submitted for further examination.”
Possession of a firearm without a permit may carry a sentence of between six months and as many as eight years in prison.
