For the city to develop, it must have an up-to-date spatial development study. Councillors simply need to know where and what can be planned. The study explains in what direction the city can and should develop.
Until recently, Bolesławiec councillors had at their disposal a “Spatial Development Study” drawn up back in 1999. Since then, the document had become partially outdated and required corrections and changes resulting from the city’s economic and spatial evolution.
