The President of the District Court in Bolesławiec, Joanna Moroz-Korycka, informs:
As of 01 June 2020, the court in Bolesławiec is restoring in-person service for visitors and the submission of documents at the Visitor Service Office and at the registry of the Land and Mortgage Register Division. The hearing of cases in public sessions and at hearings is also being resumed. In connection with the current situation in the country related to the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus and the need to take preventive measures aimed at protecting the lives and health of employees and visitors of the District Court in Bolesławiec, rules for ensuring safety during visitor service and rules for safe proceedings during public sessions and hearings have been introduced. They are described in detail on the court’s website (www.boleslawiec.sr.gov.pl in the “news” section) and will apply from 01 June 2020 in the building of the District Court in Bolesławiec.
