In connection with the above, we remind you that the second installment of the fee for using permits to sell alcoholic beverages must be paid by 31 May 2020. This obligation arises from Article 111 of the Act on Sobriety Education and Counteracting Alcoholism (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 2277, as amended).
If the fee is not paid in the amount and by the deadline specified in the Act, this obligation may be fulfilled within the following 30 days, provided that an additional fee is paid at the same time in an amount equal to 30% of the fee due for using the permits in the given calendar year.
Failure to pay the installment will result in the permit expiring. An application for a new permit may be submitted no earlier than 6 months after the date on which the decision declaring the permit expired is issued (Article 18(3)).
