The incident occurred on the night of September 7–8 in Nowogrodziec. Police officers noticed a car driving from one curb to the other. They immediately stopped the vehicle for inspection. The driver had considerable difficulty speaking. It turned out that he was completely drunk. A test for alcohol content showed more than 2.5 parts per mille. What is more, at the time of his arrest, the man had hashish in his possession.
At the 20-year-old’s home, police officers found more portions of the drug. Almost 5 grams of hashish were secured in total.
The detainee now faces up to five years in prison.
