The incident took place on Friday, May 8, at around 12:00 p.m., on Asnyka Street in Bolesławiec. It is already known that the driver of a Toyota (a learner driver), a 46-year-old resident of Bolesławiec, failed to yield the right of way to a 78-year-old cyclist while exiting Fabryczna Street.
The elderly woman was injured and was taken to hospital with general bruising.
