Less than a week after winning the competition, the future head of the Bolesławiec Municipal Police resigned from the position, Boleslawiec.org has learned.
Leszek Walczak has already sent in his resignation. Unofficially, it is known that the man from Gdynia got a better job.
It is not yet known who will take over as commander. Municipal officials will speak with the person who came second in the competition. If this does not produce a result, a new competition will probably be announced.
Boleslawiec.org also learned that the second candidate for head of the municipal police, like the first, comes from outside Bolesławiec.
